Well, it finally happened. Fox News, in an effort to pander to the lowest of the low for ratings, has declared they are going to “walk away” if the GOP establishment tries to sabotage Trump’s nomination.
Hannity was very clear on his feelings regarding the matter:
Are they going to cut their nose despite their face?… YOu know, if they are going to be that self destructive, and if they’re going to pout, and if they’re going to pick up their little toys, and they’re going to go home like a bunch of babies, they will destroy, there will be no Republican Party at the end of this. Because if they’re successful , Guess what? Cruz and Trump supporters are walking out. And, I’m walking out with them.
As asinine as Sean Hannity is 100 percent of the time, he actually is onto something here. The Republican establishment is very selfish and they demand they get their way, or they stop cooperating completely. It’s literally the exact same bullsh*t that happens in Congress on the Republican side every single day to obstruct Obama.
It’s freakin’ hilarious really when you think about it. They started this in order to justify a my-way-or-the-highway approach to Obama, and now their voter base is using it to screw them when it comes to the establishment’s last few desperate efforts to stop Trump.
