Melania Trump is a plagiarist and her immigrant status has been called into question. To add to that list, new evidence reveals that the First Lady Wannabe lied under oath about her education. Perjury is a serious offense, punishable by up to five years in prison and fines for a federal case and at least a year in prison for state crimes.
The complicated details which Racked.com reveals involve a site for Melania’s ‘Caviar’ skincare products, which has since been taken down after media speculated that that she removed the site after questions were raised as to whether she’d actually received the architecture degree from Slovenia which she had listed in her web biography. Poof, all gone!
Later, Melania tweeted: “The website in question was created in 2012 and has been removed because it does not accurately reflect my current business and professional interests.”
Melania’s beauty products never hit the market even after being promoted on her husband’s show, The Apprentice, Good Morning America, and others.
This is how it played out:
The contract Trump had with a cosmetic company called New Sunshine LLC imploded when friend Steve Hilbert was fired from the company by another Trump friend John Menard.
The extensive investigation about the bizarre world of cosmetics outlines a business catastrophe that ended up in court where Trump was asked to testify. She revealed the frustration and anger with the company that never launched a product she worked so hard to promote around the world. But the kicker comes when the attorneys were asking Trump basic questions about who she was and where she was from.
“Where were you born, Mrs. Trump?” an attorney asked.
“I was born in Slovenia,” Melania answered.
“Would you please explain to the Judge your formal education including what schools you attended and from which you graduated?” the attorney asked.
“I attended and graduated from design school, from fashion and Industrial Design School and also attended, graduated from architecture degree, bachelor degree,” Melania falsely testified under oath.
“I think she will be the next First Lady of the United States,” Hilbert said. “And I think she’ll bring to that position a sense of focus, and helping others, and a style that’s refreshing.”
During the Republican National Convention, Melania offered a pretty amazing speech. The reason it appealed to many of us was that she lifted the speech from one that was given by Michelle Obama. It was additionally revealed that Melania does not have a degree in architecture, nor dd she hold a bachelor’s degree.
So now we can add perjurer to Melania Trump’s resume. But, she does make a good match for her husband, Mr. Liar McLiePants.
