According to former reality show star Donald Trump, he’s going to win the keys to the White House. Realistically, though, Hillary Clinton is leading in the polls even in some battleground states. More than 7.3 million Americans have already voted early and that’s not a good sign for the GOP presidential nominee even in the deep-red state of Arizona which he has turned into a battleground state.
Naturally, the Trump campaign is attempting to suppress the vote in order to remedy that.
Trump’s campaign has devised another strategy, which, not surprisingly, is negative. Instead of expanding the electorate, Bannon and his team are trying to shrink it. “We have three major voter suppression operations under way,” says a senior official. They’re aimed at three groups Clinton needs to win overwhelmingly: idealistic white liberals, young women, and African Americans. Trump’s invocation at the debate of Clinton’s WikiLeaks e-mails and support for the Trans-Pacific Partnership was designed to turn off Sanders supporters. The parade of women who say they were sexually assaulted by Bill Clinton and harassed or threatened by Hillary is meant to undermine her appeal to young women. And her 1996 suggestion that some African American males are “super predators” is the basis of a below-the-radar effort to discourage infrequent black voters from showing up at the polls—particularly in Florida.
This is nothing new for Republicans. A Wisconsin clerk admitted in an email that she limited campus voting because students tend to vote for Democrats. She never thought that email would be made public but it was.
In Gov. Mike Pence’s Indiana, roughly 45,000 newly registered voters – almost all of whom are black - may not be allowed to vote next month.
One week before the end of the state’s registration period, police raided the Indiana Voter Registration Project (IVRP) offices on October 4, and seized documents and equipment and forcing the group to cease its get-out-the-vote efforts. They literally shut it down.
Good luck getting the minority vote, Sport. These tactics only drive African-Americans to the polls. Trump has repeatedly called for his supporters to police the polls. Intimidating voters is not what ‘freedom’ means. When the GOP says its party will attempt to reach out to minorities, we know it’s not in a good way.

Conover makes tea partiers cry as a hobby. She was Commander of Jade Helm15 during the failed takeover of the South. She’s also one of the biggest arseholes on Twitter. At night, she can be found drinking Conservative tears while pulling off the wings of flies just because she can. She is the founder of a Marxist, Commie, Maoist, Socialist site and has contributed to several other sites, blah blah blah. She is an awful person but she doesn’t like to brag about that.
