Colbert really let loose in what would be his last chance ever to make fun of Donald Trump after a presidential debate. The orange orangutan managed to set new lows in electoral history, while making sure he was all anyone would be talking about for the next 24 hours.
Stephen was no exception to that phenomenon, but unlike cable news which is obligated to have at least one Trump defender, there was no such luxury for Donald on The Late Show.
One thing he poked fun at in particular, was Trump’s refusal to say whether or not he would he would gracefully exit the public stage if (when) he lost in November. Trump’s response of keeping us all “in suspense” was turned around on him by Colbert when he said, “He’s going to keep us in suspense whether he’ll wipe his fat ass with the Constitution.”
If there’s one thing I will truly miss about Trump, it’s the late night comedy like this. Soon they’ll have to diversify their material again and it just won’t be the same.

Christian is from a small town, surrounded by other small towns, in Pennsylvania. He nearly slipped into the conservative K-hole after high school, but was redeemed by Liberal politics and 8 years of Bush. After spending far too long working for corporate America, he has settled back into life as an unapologetic progressive and general caller-out of conservative fallacy and nonsense.
