Donald Trump went after Elizabeth Warren on Monday, declaring her to be the “worst Senator” in the Senate and insisting that the only thing she has going for her is “a fresh mouth.”
Speaking at a town hall meeting in Roanoke, Virginia, Trump began his comments with one of his trademark racial attacks.
You don’t have to go with Pocahontas,” he started off. “She is the worst senator in the U.S. Senate.”
“She’s got a fresh mouth. Other than that, she’s got nothing going,” Trump said.
The Republican nominee and Massachusetts senator have been fighting a fierce battle of words for months. After his remarks today, she is likely to fire back tonight during her speech on the first night of the Democratic National Convention in Philadelphia.
Trump also slammed Clinton for choosing Tim Kaine as her running mate, saying the decision just showcased her “bad judgement.”
Hillary Clinton has bad judgment. She shouldn’t have picked this guy,” Trump said. “He’s the exact opposite of what all of the Bernie people want.”
“You could have picked a liberal person. She could have had party unity,” he continued. “She didn’t pick somebody representative of what’s going on.”
“We can’t have another president with bad judgment,” Trump added.
Following Clinton’s announcement of Kaine as her veep pick, Trump couldn’t resist taking a shot at Warren on Twitter. He attempted to mock her for not being chosen as the Democratic nominee’s v.p., but she promptly shut him down and let him know that the senate is exactly where she wants to be.
I’m right where I want to be, @realDonaldTrump: Calling you out & holding you responsible for your reckless vision for America.

No matter how many times he takes a verbal beating from Warren, he still hasn’t learned that she is just out of his league.
