Donald Trump does not want to answer questions about his creditors, his overseas properties, or the way his presidency is shaping up to be the most scandalized in U.S. history, setting itself up for corruption. Just yesterday, Walter Shaub, director of the Office of Government Ethics (OGE), said he reached out to the Trump transition team immediately after the election, but said, “We seem to have lost contact” with them. For sure, Republicans have made it clear that they want to push Trump’s cabinet picks through, even if it means by using unethical tactics. In 2009, Mitch McConnell was against dodging the vetting process for cabinet picks. After Trump was elected, though, he’s all for it.
On Sunday, Reince Priebus, chief of staff to Donald Trump, told Fox News host Chris Wallace that there was “no reason” to complete background checks on the president-elect’s cabinet picks.
Wallace asked Priebus if the Trump administration would consider delaying the hearings until the background checks were completed, an issue that Democrats have raised, too. Trump and his cabinet choices have a massive amount of conflicts of interest. Trump’s debt amounts to more than the GDP of 25 countries. The president-elect owes foreign banks significant amounts of money.
Still yet, Priebus replied, “No. They have to get moving. I mean, they have to move faster.” “And they have all the information. These are people that have been highly successful in their lives,” he continued. “They need to move quicker.”
“The fact is there’s no reason,” he continued today. “I mean, it’s the first week of January, they have all the details that they need, they have all the information that they need. It’s no different from any other new administration coming in and the American people demand it.”
“Change was voted for and change we will get.”
Republicans are in a war against ethics. Obviously, they have something to hide. Raise your hand if you saw this coming. As for that “change” Priebus said was “voted for,” well we’re pretty sure they also voted for draining the swamp, but that’s not happening.

Conover makes tea partiers cry as a hobby. She was Commander of Jade Helm15 during the failed takeover of the South. She’s also one of the biggest arseholes on Twitter. At night, she can be found drinking Conservative tears while pulling off the wings of flies just because she can. She is the founder of a Marxist, Commie, Maoist, Socialist site and has contributed to several other sites, blah blah blah. She is an awful person but she doesn’t like to brag about that.
